My baby was 3 1/2 months here, I had been working out for 1 1/2 months. The pants I am wearing are maternity pants that I couldn't wear when I started working out. I had stopped wearing them at 5 months.
Hi Karen, Nrb sports house has some, also Mr. Price shops. I find that having a look at mitumba also helps especially if you want the breathable types.
Hey vicky,am on a goal to loose sme weight and ad appreciate any help i can get eg on meals i can take,exercises etc etc,i have no clue on hw to do it! pls help,mama tizi too.
Thank you for visiting my blog. Weight loss does not have a prescription so to speak. There is no magic meal or exercise that aids weightloss. The 'rules' are simple, eat only what your body needs and become active. Take a look at what you eat, then take a look at how much you eat. Make changes necessary for example - and this is for everyone - cutting off processed sugar is the best thing you can do for your body. As for exercises start slow. Your body will resist and there will be pain, but unless you challenge your body, you will not see any change. I wish you luck on this journey. Keep well.
